INTRODUCTION

Swedish, Thai and Cranial massage workshops – 80 euros

Learn about massage in three hours, it’s possible! After your work week, come and acquire massage techniques but also enjoy the conviviality of our workshops. We now offer Swedish, Thai and Cranial massage workshops for those who wish to become familiar with massage in a minimum of time and at a lower cost. They are for anyone who wants to use massage as a tool for relaxation and well-being for the private sphere.

In a half-day weekend (3h) you will have the opportunity to learn the basics of theory, practice and receive the basic maneuvers massage as our professionals practice. You will be given a course syllabus and a certificate at the end of the workshop.

How is a workshop ?

• 30 minutes of theory on massage
• (only for Lv. 1)
• 1h15 of practice
• 1h15 where you will receive the massage of another student !
